Q: What is the time frame when you will start taking returns?
You may return any unused, new, regular priced, non costume item for a refund with a 25% restock fee or store credit with no restocking fee, within a week of receipt.Please email us for an RMA and the address to send your item back to. Eligible Products: Final sale items are: clearance and sale items, costumes and costume wigs, liquid products and custom ordered items.You must pay for the return postage, and items must be sent back unused and free of odors (smokers home: no returns) and in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging or box. You must return the item you at your cost. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Once the restocking fee is applied, remaining balance will be refunded to the payment method submitted with your original order within a week of us receiving the return. If you wish a store credit, we will apply that to your New Look Wigs account within a week as well, with no restocking fee. You may then reorder online, and you must re pay postage for any new orders.
Prices subject to change without notice. New Look Wigs reserves the right to void or cancel an order should the price being charged for any item be deemed invalid. Items depicted on our site are not guaranteed of being in stock, we display all items and colors made for each item the manufacturer produces. Our site does not feature a "real time" stock count, which, due to shipments arriving each day, and items selling out each day, would be impossible. If your item is out of stock, and could not arrive in the time stated herein, the charge on your card would be voided or refunded, with no fees, of course. If we know your item is out and cancel your charge, with the charge just being "authorized" but not "captured" the bank can take a week to cancel the charge and while it may show online on your account it will never materialize to a paper statement if we void the charge. If your order is unable to ship due to stock issues, we will refund your full order price. Refunds can take a full billing cycle to show on your card.
We process order very rapidly,so if you wish to cancel, it must be done within a few minutes of you submitting your order, and we will do our best to get it voided.
